We are fast, unbureaucratic and competent. We have had years of experience working with students and continually improve our skills through special training. Consequently we are particularly attuned to the needs and problems of students.
Every student at one of Berlin's public academic institutions can turn to us. We are professionally and legally bound to confidentiality.
Since we work closely with the individual universities, schools and institutes in Berlin, we are very familiar with the actual conditions students confront there. We can therefore respond flexibly and appropriately to each student's needs. What's more, we participate in Berlin' Pycho-Social Network.
One of our goals is to improve the information available to students regarding their problems and the special services available to them. You will find a number of our publications (still only in German) under "Downloads".
